What will I get in my American Gluten Free Box?

Each box includes 8-10 or more Sample + Full Size Products. Enjoy a variety of Healthy Treasures + Guilty Pleasures. From sweet & salty snacks to chips, cookies, dried fruit, nuts, granola, popcorn, chocolate, energy bars and much more!

The Pantry Box will always include 2-4 or more baking mixes or pantry items in addition to snacks. The Kids Club Box will always include one kid-approved baking mix. The Snack + Vegan Boxes may include one baking mix in addition to the Healthy Treasures + Guilty Pleasures.

Are all products in the American Gluten Free Box Gluten Free?

Yes, every product is always Gluten Free, every time. All items are carefully selected + are Certified Gluten Free or produced in a gluten free facility. All items are Celiac Safe.

Please Note: Some of the products that we may select may be manufactured in shared facilities with warnings on the labels. We want to assure you that we go to great lengths to ensure all the products we send you are entirely Gluten-Free & Celiac Safe. We speak to our suppliers at length about manufacturing processes before selecting items. So when you see a shared statement on an American Gluten Free Box selection, please know that we've spoken with the manufacturer and we are sending you products we feel are safe for you, for us, and for our families.

We go to great lengths to select all of the items included in our Boxes. However, we strongly recommend that you read + re-read the ingredient list carefully before consuming products.

Are all products in the American Gluten Free Box Dairy Free?

Yes, all products are dairy-free + contain no ingredients derived from dairy.

Do you have a Vegan option?

Yes, we have a Vegan Box available here. The Vegan Box is free from: gluten, dairy, eggs, honey + all animal products.

Do you have an allergy friendly box?

Yes, allergy friendly boxes are available for a one-time purchase here in our Shop.

Do the American Gluten Free Monthly Subscription Boxes contain Soy?

Each box may contain up to one item with Soy. However, we do have completely soy free options here.

Do you offer gift notes?

Yes. We love thoughtful, personalized notes for the gluten free person in your life!

I want to try it first. How can I order a single box?

You can sign up for a month-to-month subscription, get your first box, and try it. If you don’t like it, you can cancel at any time. You can also purchase a one-time Box here.

What if I want to cancel my subscription? Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, it's easy! Just login to your account and click the cancel button next to your subscription. (Please note that cancellations can take up to 48 hours to process.)

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time—meaning we will cancel the next automatic renewal of the subscription. We will continue to ship all of the boxes that you've already paid for.

Yes, unlike gluten, we don’t give you any fuss, cancel anytime. Cancellations must be made before the 30th of each month to go in effect for the following month. There are absolutely no cancellation fees. You may cancel your prepaid (3 month, 6 month, 12 month) membership at any time. However, your order will not be eligible for a refund and you will continue to receive your boxes till the end of your plan. For example, if you have a 6-month plan and choose to cancel after the second month, you’ll continue to receive 4 more boxes for the next 4 months.

When will my box ship?

Boxes ship out around the 20th of the month + should arrive around the 23rd-25th depending on holidays + weekends.

I moved, can I update my address?

Return Policy

All subscription boxes and AGF Shop Items are final sale. In the unlikely event that one of your products is damaged, please reach out and let us know of a damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will request a photo of the damaged product for our records.
